### Invoice on payment

The invoice is issued when the order is paid, in your own Billingo or Számlázz.hu account.

### Pro forma first

For bank transfers, a pro forma invoice goes out with the order and the invoice follows once it is paid.

### On the order page

Customers find their pro forma and invoice on their order page, so nobody asks for them by email.

### Credit notes

Cancel an invoice directly from the order, and the credit note is issued automatically.

### Business customers

Company name and tax number go on the invoice, with the tax number checked against NAV or VIES.

### Your numbering

Invoices keep your existing numbering sequence, so switching platforms changes nothing for NAV.

## Questions

Does Poltura issue the invoices itself?

No. Your Billingo or Számlázz.hu account issues them and reports them to NAV; Poltura sends the order data and keeps the documents on the order.
