You only add one when you open. How does the launch offer work? Open your shop by 31 December to get 90% off your first month, paying monthly or yearly. Paying yearly always gives 2 months free on top: you pay 10 months for 12. After the first month, regular plan pricing applies. Which plan should I pick? Choose Plus if you ship with couriers or want AI to work for you. It adds couriers, newsletters and email automations, marketplace orders, AI store design and AI replies in the Inbox. If you are starting small, Start is fine, and upgrading takes one click. Are the prices with or without VAT? Without. Hungarian companies pay Hungarian VAT on top. EU companies with a valid VAT number pay no Hungarian VAT (reverse charge), and neither do companies in the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway. Is there a minimum term? There is no minimum term: cancel whenever you like, and the shop stays open until the end of the month or year you paid for. There are no partial refunds. Upgrades apply at once and you pay only the pro-rata difference. Downgrades take effect from the next period. If we make a billing mistake or have a serious outage, we refund or credit you with a proper credit note. Can I change plans or cancel? Any time.
