How much does it cost?
Moving your shop with our team is completely free. For custom themes, integrations and onboarding, we provide a clear quote before any work starts.
What does the free migration include?
Depending on what your current platform exports, we bring across products with variants and images, categories, customers, orders, coupons, pages, reviews and redirects. Our team handles the move for you, and it is completely free.
How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of your requirements. We agree on the timing with you when reviewing the project brief.
Can I do it myself instead?
Yes. Poltura is self-serve: product import, the visual editor and apps are available directly in your admin, and building your shop is free.
Do I need a paid plan first?
No. Building your shop is free without a card. You only pay for your Poltura plan when you open, while expert services are billed separately based on your quote.
Can an agency partner do the work?
Yes. If you work with an agency, you can invite them to your shop with the team role they need. Agencies can also join the Poltura partner programme.
