Do I need an external analytics subscription?
No. All 30 standard reports, checkout funnel metrics and cohort analysis are included out of the box. If you also use Google Tag Manager, it connects within your app settings.
Can I design my own dashboards?
Yes, on Pro. Beyond the 6 pre-built dashboards on every plan, you can create up to 25 custom dashboards per shop using over 60 card and chart types, from revenue trends to geographic distribution. If you move to a smaller plan, your dashboards and saved reports keep showing their numbers, but you cannot change them.
Does the system track marketing campaigns?
Yes. The tracking engine classifies visits across 15 distinct acquisition channels using standard campaign tags and referrers, including traffic from major AI assistants.
